Over the past twelve months, we have staged countless homes listed from $200,000 to $700,000, following the budget established by the homeowner and/or real estate agent. Almost all the homes have sold, and most within 30 to 60 days. Our goal is to assist you in making your home look its best, and sell for the most money in the shortest amount of time.

Vacant Homes. We enhance the style of your home by using furniture and accessories, combining basic staging principles with interior design. The furniture and accessories chosen for any given home should complement the home's design and make sense. Most homes are successfully sold while staged with chairs, tables, lamps, artwork, silk plants/trees and accessories.

Occupied Homes. After visiting your home, taking notes and pictures, we develop a basic to-do list, addressing furniture, accessories, wall and flooring finishes, as well as the exterior. Often, the Sellers will hire us to come back and make final adjustments once the to-do list is complete. Everything is based on the Sellers timetable and budget. We encourage people to have their homes READY when it goes on the market. The more work the Sellers do, the better the offer.
